Tracking your order

We send shipping notification to all our clients that includes the package tracking number.

The EMS shipping can be tracked day or two after shipping.

The Registered shipping can be tracked only after the carriers enter information which can take almost as shipping time.

Order items will be careful packed and will be ship within 24 hrs. after payment received or check has been cleared. It will take about 5 days for items that not enough stock / which order more than 500 gram per item.

Lost Packages

Every package can track via USPS system. But on rare occasions, package which sent via the USPS never arrive at their destination. We will resend your order after a reasonable time after we investigate the problem.
